Oyster & Friends – formerly known as Oyster Consulting – is a recruitment agency based in Prague, known for its personal approach and strong commitment to supporting both people and businesses. With 15 years of experience, the company has earned a reputation for professionalism, high-quality service, and a warm, people-first experience.

To mark their 15th anniversary, they updated their name to better reflect their collaborative business model and the value of trusted partnerships. The goal of this project was to refresh the company’s logo to align with the new direction. Since Oyster & Friends balances professionalism with a friendly tone, I chose a semi-serif typeface that conveys openness while maintaining a refined, premium feel.  I’ve incorporated an outline of an oyster shell within the letter “O” and added a circle to symbolise the pearl. This circle also represents the network that Oyster has built over the years. To balance the design, I paired “Oyster” with a neutral sans serif font to create a polished overall look.
